We left Sydney Nebraska and decided to drive as long as we could. We stopped at Ruby’s for dinner, which was a nice change from Subway, then drove strait through Kansas while only stopping for fuel. It was a good thing because the bugs we saw were HUGE! No kidding, a grasshopper the size of my hand and big beetle looking cockroaches all over the pavement….yuk!

We arrived at the Oklahoma border by 3am at a rest stop. The following day our GPS decided to work so we trusted her once again to our dismay. She had us going on turning off of pikes just to turn around and get right back on it again! We finally settled at an RV park until Friday when we will make our way to Chandler which is less than an hour drive. Kids can catch up on school, I can catch up on laundry and Glenn can catch up on sleep.
